You are responsible for reading this policy before booking your appointment!

  1. November 2019 indicates when this policy was last updated.

  2. Please note a Non Refundable deposit is required to reserve an appt. Your deposit is a booking fee that goes towards your service total.

  3. Please bring the remaining balance in CASH! I do not accept any other form of payment! Credit, debit cards, or cash app ARE NOT accepted. 

  4. You have 24 hrs within your appt time to reschedule so your deposit can be transferrable to your next appt. 

  5. If you cancel in LESS than 24 hrs a new deposit will be needed to book another appt. 

  6. Make sure you create an account (by clicking on the "sign in" button above) so you can reschedule & view your appointments at your convenience.

  7. No hair is included in any of my services.

  8. All services are à la carte, unless otherwise noted. Its extremely important that you add additional services to your appt such as: signature curls, install removal, natural hair washed etc. because it will block off the time you need for your service. 

  9. Frontals and Color services need to be dropped off 2 BUSINESS DAYS (the salon is closed Sunday and Monday) in advance so it can be prepared before your appt. If you bring it in the day of, an additional $50 will be added to your total. 

  10. Please keep in mind going over another hairstylist work is not tolerated. After your service please be vocal of your satisfaction because there is no refunds to any services. All sales are final. 

  11. Please make sure your extensions are clean, dry, and free from thread & product. There is a $25 feef or bundles that need to be cleaned. The same fee applies to pre-cut wefts by another hairstylist.

  12. If you need to book past 5pm an additional $20 will be added to your total for Natural Hair & $50 for Installs. 

  13. No children are allowed in the salon, unless they are being serviced | Due to limited space, no additional guests. Eating is not allowed on the salon floor but you may eat in the designated area..

  14. Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive at your appointment on time taking in consideration Traffic, Accidents, & Parking. If you are 15mins late to your appointment $15 will be added to your total. 

  15. Keep in mind that my schedule can be thrown off by clients for various of reasons so please DO NOT book me when you know you have a time sensitive day. 

  16. For questions & concerns you can call/text (225) 678-2624. Please be mindful of working hours if you do not receive a response right away. 

  17. Pictures & videos will be taken for social media purposes only, so please be picture ready!

  18. Please consult with me before removing lace installs especially if you are unsure about how to remove it! I am not responsible for any damages done to your hair or extensions when you leave the salon! HAPPY BOOKING!
